Japanese Studies

The Japan Foundation, Sydney supports Japanese studies at a tertiary level and facilitates intellectual exchange between Japanese and Australian scholars through grant programs, fellowships, lectures and public speaking opportunities. We keep the local Japanese Studies community informed about news and opportunities in our J-Studies e-newsletter, and showcase the work of emerging local researchers in our open-access, peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal, New Voices in Japanese Studies.
