Information Session for Beginner Courses

December 7 & 11, 2021

Want to start learning Japanese?

Experience a mini demo lesson and find out more about our beginner level courses at this free information session! We will introduce the course structure and textbooks used in our beginner courses commencing in January 2022:

Starter Course (Term 1) 
This course is the first level in our J-Course curriculum which runs on a continuing schedule of 4 terms per year.

10 Week Taster Course
This is a bite-sized way to try out our J-Courses and the world of Japanese language education.

*The Japan Foundation, Sydney reserves the right to change the mode of class delivery in response to health advice and government restrictions.

 

Please note:

  • Detailed information regarding all courses will be updated on our website in early December.
  • Applications for both beginner courses will open on our website on December 13, 2021.
  • The Starter (Term 1) and 10 Week Taster courses are designed for absolute beginners. For information on non-beginner level courses, please see our Japanese Language Course page.

ADMISSION

Free; registrations essential.
Max. 14 participants each session.

ELIGIBILITY
Minimum Age: 18 years
Residing in Australia.
No Japanese language study required.
