Intensive Seminar: Confirmation of Attendance

You have received an offer of attendance for the Intensive Seminar 2021 Sep, which is tentative until you submit a Confirmation of Attendance form by August 30, 2021 (Mon).

Please double check your details when entering below as this information will be used for your attendance certificate.

If you require accommodation and flights, please start making own bookings.

1. Personal details

Please enter your main or base school if you are teaching at more than one school. For pre-service teachers, please enter your university name. (This will appear on your certificate, please enter the full school/university name and double check).

Morning/afternoon teas and a welcome reception on the first night will be provided by JPF Sydney.
Please ONLY select 'Yes' if you have any allergy/dietary requirements.

Photos will be taken throughout the seminar. Some may be used to promote future Intensive Seminars.

6. Email permission

With your consent, your email address will be shared with other seminar participants for networking purposes.

7. Participation to the 2022 Survey on Japanese Language Education

We conduct Survey on Japanese Language Education every 3 years. Further infomation: https://www.jpf.go.jp/e/project/japanese/survey/result/

8. Possibility of the seminar cancellation

If there are less than 8 confirmed participants as of August 30, 2021, this seminar will be cancelled. After August 30, 2021, if COVID restriction is tighten because of lockdown or outbreak etc, the seminar will be cancelled. JPF Sydney is not responsible for the travel cancellation costs that occur due to the seminar cancellation.

9. COVID policy

JPF Sydney will provide disposal masks and hand sanitiser at the premises. All participants are strongly encouraged to wear face masks and to use hand sanitiser regularly. On arrival, JPF staff member will check your temparature. If you are feeling unwell or have a fever (higher than 37.5 degree), you are not allowed to enter the premises. If this is the case, your attendance hours will be reduced accordingly on your certificate and NESA hours will not be registered for NSW teachers.
